Low-level Stimulation & Biofeedback | Brainwaves: Ep. 2
Gathering information on involuntary body functions through biofeedback and analyzing the data is only the first stage in a biofeedback treatment stage. From there, low-level stimulation can also be incorporated to influence the body to promote healthy behaviors. Low-level stimulation can be delivered at the scalp, stomach, or other areas of the body, typically in the form of very weak electrical pulses.
In this video, Alexandra Linardakis, RN, BCN explains the relationship between these two techniques in Brain Waves, an interview ongoing series with TetraNeuroNet’s principal practitioner.
